WHO ARE WE?... WE ARE SWEAT SQUARED!

Moe Daniels and Travis Johns opened Sweat Squared 2 years ago, which made us the FIRST STUDIO to offer the AMAZING PROFORMER in Las Vegas!

We both believe if you commit to this workout, if you give your best effort, and if you control the amount of FOOD that parts your lips, YOU WILL SEE YOUR BODY CHANGE... FAST!!

A little background on Moe:

I LOVE MUSIC!

I am a former Broadway singer and actor, who starred as Nala in the National Tour of "The Lion King," and starred as Joanna in the National Tour of "Rent." I've been on many TV shows and movies, including "ER" and "Bruce Almighty."

I spent years studying yoga and Pilates with such esteemed teachers as Ana Forrest and the inventor of the Proformer, Sebastian Lagree.

If you're interested about my philosophy of exercise and life, here you go:

Work hard, work fast, and feel good LIVING YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST!

Exercise is a means to an end, NOT the end itself.

Working out should allow you to enjoy whatever makes YOU HAPPY, (in my case, that means a tasty cocktail and a delicious meal,) and still feel light, strong, and energetic.

I PUMP UP THE JAM during my classes! If you work out with me, you will get GREAT TUNES, ALWAYS!

I BELIEVE THE ONLY RULES YOU SHOULD FOLLOW, ARE THE ONES THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND WHOLE!!

In short, BE A BAD-ASS MUTHA!

A little info. on Travis:

I'm a life-long athlete that grew up playing football, basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, and anything else I could find to play. I earned a full football scholarship to Wake Forest University, where I played wide receiver, won the 1992 Independence Bowl against the Oregon Ducks, and was voted a captain my senior year.

I'm now an actor and writer, who has been in many TV shows and movies, including "Justified," Westworld," and "Danny Collins," alongside Al Pacino.

My philosophy of exercise and life:

Make your body a PRIORITY!

Stay consistent. Be diligent. Make your exercise routine a HABIT!

SET GOALS, WORK TO ACCOMPLISH THOSE GOALS, KEEP TABS, AND NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!!

Oh, yeah... Have some damn fun!
